As some people have said, why don't they leave the club name alone and push "The Tigers" where they think it will matter?
I'd settle for just one like that on Sunday.
Rick Skelton @ 14.12 on last nights Sportstalk. Thoughts?
Are slanty-eyed people a race? No, thought not. People from that part of the world think we all have big noses, you know. You should do as I do - celebrate diversity rather than pretend it doesn't exist.
Man up , APM- all part and parcel of the forum hurly- burly. (I acknowledge receipt of your slightly whiny 'notification' message, btw)
Previously I have mentioned that I watched Rovers v Hull last Sunday. I really enjoyed the match but I didn't like the music and the list of club names. Only St Helens (when I first went to watch rugby they well the dominant club), Hull Kingston Rovers and Hull (ex-Sharks) didn't have a silly name. I just wonder what was the driver for so many clubs to change their name? Was it something pushed by the League or was there some other reason?
That is patently untrue! You both hate and fear diversity and spend most of your posts attacking/criticizing anyone who is different, or thinks differently, from you.
Wrong. This is how you THINK I am. You have decided what kind of poster I am and twist my posts to fit your perception. Having 'perceived' how I am, you then read my posts in that light. I will continue to post opinions you may not agree with and continue to criticise things which merit it. Long live diversity of opinion.
There certainly seem to be a group of people responding to a preconception rather than the content and it just adds to the number of derailed threads. Rather than just posting abuse, can I suggest people either comment on the content or just ignore? If you think a post breaches the rules, pm a mod and we'll take any necessary action.
