A lot of the media are just waiting for the dressing room unrest to start under PDC because of his strict discipline and perceived brashness. For me though he could be the perfect leader. I would rather follow the guy who leads from the front who is getting stuck into the training, shoulder to shoulder with me, as PDC has been on the training pitch. We had MON who didnât turn up on the training pitch until, he's like the leader who gives the orders then sits in his ten away from the front line. I think that his methods will bring the squad together and make us better as a unit. Hopefully he can also tap into the anti Sunderland sentiment thatâs flying around to create a siege mentality. He also seems like the type of guy who will go that extra mile to back you if you giving your all and I think the players will really want to achieve great things for him and us.
he reminds me of a boss i had when i was in my early 20s, i was too thick to reaslise it at the time but looking back he was one of the best gaffers i ever had he could motivate people to the best of their ability (and thats probably why he ended up a multi millionaire).
me as well mate. he seems to be the breath of fresh air weve needed for a long time. we seem to have been a club whos back room has been stuck in the past. pdc seems to be a progressive, forward thinking manager and exactly what we need
