Look forward to downloading it but only on iPad at the moment, so must wait. http://www.hullcityafc.net/news/article/201314-emp-launch-996959.aspx?
Hopefully very soon. Question about the Fanzine magazine: What is it? Have seen it on sale at the ground but never bought it. Buy the occasional Official Programme but find I rarely read it, more interested in watching the match. Is the fanzine printed in direct competition to the Official Programme?
It seems like a programme with videos as well, which would make sense. "#UTT will be created for fixtures both home and away, and will cover the week’s press conference previews and key information on the opposition team, as well as exclusive player access and more. The match pack is completely interactive, with videos included."
Looks an interesting package, just need the android version. They say on twitter it sorted for Norwich game.
Is it free? I'm thinking it's something they could look to charge for, but it would need a free launch to get it circulating in the first place (Tigers Player has always had pretty **** take-up for what it is as far as I'm aware), and it's a PR opportunity to say when they announce in the not too distant future they're going to charge it will be for new subscribers only.
For those among us who like technology, but aren't ****ers This whole 'apple first' mentality among developers is a bit irritating.
You download via I-Tunes. See link https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/utt-interactive-match-pack/id681048066?mt=8
It was fine when they were market leaders, but now Android has 72% market share they should stop with the love-in. To be fair on this one though, the app is only for ipad, not iphone, I don't know if android has taken the lead in the tablet market yet even with Samsung giving a free tablet to everyone who gets one of their phones on a contract (alright, not free, I'm paying £36 over the length of the contract for it but I only know that because I shop around rather than blindly signing up to things)
I made the joke to a few people on the back of the patent wars when I got mine that it was the prototype for the ipad mini (it was when Apple were insisting there was no point in the midsize ones). I then more recently had some Apple fan tell me when they saw me using it that I should have got a proper one not the ripoff one. The worrying thing is they weren't joking and genuinely believed the ipad mini was the first midsized tablet.
Correct, the app is for ipads only. I suspect it's a processing speed or screen resolution issue that's stopping it being used on iphone or ipod yet.
No, I checked the specifications and it wont work even when it appears on the iPod as it will be made for the latest software.
