Why, what's funny about it? You know sometimes I ****ing really dislike my supposed fellow supporters. I hope you all get what you want - a club called ****ing Melton Tigers.
****ing hell bummers you need to smoke a peace pipe. I wasn't being flippant either. Marathons really are changing to Snickers and there's **** all anyone can do about it. I would stop eating them in protest but I like them too much and what's the alternative? Mars bars? Get to ****.
If you want a serious answer to your question, this:- "the most serious proposal in our entire history". Locked out of the ground, potential liquidation, near relegation from the bottom division etc. and you think the name change is the most serious proposal in our entire history? I appreciate that some people find it an unpalatable suggestion, but the most serious in our history? I find that laughable. But I guess we have different ideas about what is important. Opinions, it's what the game is all about.
Now, now we'll have no flippancy here. I repeat. No flippancy, flippancy is not permitted. Neither is humour of any kind. Bummers has forbidden it. Sheeeeeeeet.
He was, he's dead now. Bummers shot him in his happy little face because he made that squeaking type noise when he heard of the name change and Bummers thought he was agreeing with the idea. Poor little bastard didn't stand a chance. Rumour is he used a nostril but then again someone else said he put a Glock in his blow hole and let off all 17 rounds. Anyway he's gone now and Bummers did him in. What a horrible thing to do. Shame on Bummers, shame indeed.
Dont forget that Choco Krispies used to be called Coco Pops by Kelloggs and they flopped so badly that they went back to Coco Pops. The Post Office tried out Consignia and went back. British Telecom are now just called BT. British Airways are now called BA. British Steel are now called Corus. British Aerospace are now called BAE systems.
This does not come close to being serious compared to what else has happened to Hull City in the past 109 years.
I guess we view it differently but by definition I don't see what could be more serious than Hull City no longer existing. In all the years of near extinction now is the closest we have ever come to the end of Hull City. How is that not the most important thing in our history?
Surely, that's the point of a football messageboard to argue your case about the issues which effect your club.
