BBC have put together an article on the top 8 Premier League signings to watch this year. Paulinho Schurlle Fernandinho Stekelenburg Van Wolfswinkel Giaccherini Bony Navas Who do you think will make the most impact this year out of the list, or is there anyone else that you think will make a bigger impact? I personally think Bony will make a big impact for Swansea. Should allow Michu to play in his favoured role just behind the striker and looks like another Lukaku, Benteke. Big and strong so should be able to compete with defenders but also has a decent goal scoring record last year. The other one not on that list I think will be Soldado. A lot of money for a 29 year old, but Spurs now have a proper CF, something they've not had for last 3 or 4 years. Can see him getting 20+ goals this year. Though we'd have been in for Bony, make no bones about it think he'll make a good impact Also Van wolfswinkel (who we have been linked too) will also do good I reckon Schurle? I can bring myself to say anything good about a player who joins them
I have a feeling that Alberto will force his way into our team and have a big influence, he just looks a really clever player. Other than that I see Navas having problems to start with and agree that Bony looks a good buy.
I have no idea. At the moment I can only comment upon our new signings in terms of their potential impact. So: Mingolet Looks confident and assured. Alberto I agree with luv he shows promise. He seems to be one of those rare footballers who appears to find time for himself. Aspas Will be exciting to watch. I hope he has a bit of luck in front of goal Toure Offers more than a make-weight replacement. Sadly I think we need the spark of Suarez to make this team properly 'tick'.
After some cheap options for your Fantasy team IBWT Got to say I think Navas, Jovetich and Negrado could really push City onwards. Spoke to a Sunderland fan last week who reckons a couple of their new signings have looked good pre season.
My teams sorted - don't need tips from you lot! City's attacking line up is pretty scary now, Aguero, Dzeko, Negredo, Jovetic with Navas, Silva & Toure able to support from behind. Seem to have every base covered, just a case of playing them all enough to keep them happy.
Mad isn't it. Even if he plays 3 up front every week how the hell is he going to keep all them players happy??
Altidore, Leroy Fer, Capoue, Lovren, Lugano + Amorebieta ( coup that for Fulham!) are some others than have gone under the radar.
