Feel if it was a 3pm kick off there would be a full house, but at least we get some Sky money to compensate. Really hope its at least 27,000 "animals" and the noise is deafening, with a nice little 3-0 win to put a frown on David Jones' face.
I think Davie boy's frown might just come from some of the community singing he can look forward to - something about his allegedly being something or other!!!
It's a free weekend on sky so anyone with any sky channels can watch. This is why it is on free view. Sky must be worried by bt if they are giving out free samples. I notice the bt channels have appeared on virgin media in place of Espn. Some good stuff on there today.
Afaik sky sports will just be available on the channels they are normally blocked on. 511 on virgin, 401 on sky no idea on pick tn sorry
No worries, I have a feeling he may have been thinking that we still have Sky Sports on Freeview for TopUpTV but they were replaced by BT Sport last month I'm not sure where PickTV comes into it.
It didn't appear on my Youview programme guide until a couple of days ago. Before that it was the usual Pick TV bollocks for any normal Saturday. It's now appearing in the guide (along with Swans v Scum later in the day) so anyone with Pick TV should be able to get it.
It's a freeview channel, run by Sky, which tends to show old Sky stuff in a feeble attempt to show non-Sky subscribing telly watchers what they are missing. Anyway, on Saturday they are having some sort of Sky Sports freebie day and are showing Leeds v Sheff W, Swansea v Scum etc for nowt on freeview. Very handy for me as I can't drink at the moment so no point me going to the pub.
