I have a feeling this is never going to happen. We as saints fans should know by now that our players are ultimately doomed to be overlooked by the established order - we're just not good enough - even if we score more than anyone else against the countries top defenders (ergo - the best defenders in the world)..

Hodgson indicated that Rooney may just do a half, but at 1.1 will he give him a bit longer. Terrible off side decision by lino before Rooney 'scored'. Typical England performance...start slow against a lesser side...who then go on to score first by trying hard. Happens so often, you'd think England would learn. We have little inventiveness...need a big striker to come on now with something to prove.
