    Click on the video icon (it's next to the picture one, second from the right) and then paste the video url into the box.

    Or do this (without the space in VIDEO.

    Oh I followed the instructions as given - but I just got the address again.

    Not sure why it won't work.

    Just a guess, but if you were signed in with your Google/Youtube account, it likely gave you an address with https; some forums, this one (IIRC) included, cannot imbed those. Remove the 's' and use the code as Pieking mentions and it ought to work.
