I mentioned in a post yesterday that journalist Simon Peach had a ‘phone interview with Shad Khan. He has now published a follow-up article in the Independent.

No doubt to grab a headline and following the stuff about Hull being re-registered as “Hull Tigers” he leads with that slant. What’s interesting and encouraging to any Fulham fan though, is the candour (and passion??) of Khan’s response:

And Khan also said that he will, in some way, honour the contribution made by MAF:

The more I read about Khan the more I like him.

Does anyone know if the Michael Jackson statue is still at the cottage? Surely that won't be around much longer now MAF has gone? Or will it....?!

They should get waxwork of Al Fayed's head and stick it on the MJ statue - or get one that interacts with it- maybe Alf as a screaming fan.

Sounds good to me. Shahid seems to have taken some good advice and could not have positioned things any better in the interview. Despite my skepticism, this positive. Now lets spend a some money on a couple of good players.
