    Martin Chaquero, a top Uruguayan journalist, says Suarez says he will stay having been convinced by Rodgers and the club's fans.

    Apparently the new deal will have a proper exit clause if LFC don't achieve UCL football next season.

    Quite a few Sorenson links springing up in the Italian press again, I'd be surprised if we were in for another CB to be honest, well, unless we ship Fonte or Jos.

    Sorenson is only 21 so in my book it's a long term replacement with Fonte and Hoovield being 30 and 29 respectively.

    If he proves himself to be a more capable backup to Lovren and Yoshi now then good stuff, if not then he's waiting for Fonte and/or Hooveild to move on/retire.

    I'm always happy for us to bring in young player, more chance of us finding a gem.

    Too right. The idea that Harry is a great manager (despite evidence to the contrary) would be resurrected. It's been a quiet summer without him.
