I receive e-mails from employees of the club - some come from Hull City and some from Hull Tigers. Some football related matters come from Hull Tigers and some corporate stuff come from Hull City - precisely the opposite of what we were told. Nobody seems to know what to use, there is no consistency. It's a shambles. And I'm afraid it all starts at the top. Good business practice starts with it's owners and directors and then filters down through all the employees to the most junior of staff. It seems to me that there is no structure within the club. Allam snr sits at the top making decisions with no consideration of other board members and their roles on that board (Nick Thompson being an example in my opinion). It seems policy is decided on the whim of Allam snr. And directors/employees are afraid to speak out and challenge his decisions because they fear losing their jobs.
the HDM started the **** stirring back in the day when David Lloyd was chairman which ended with him spitting his dummy out History repeating itself?
The Allam's would've made a statement themselves if the HDM was making up accusations about them. Also why did they refuse an interview with any form of media after all this broke?
