So...................I'm back from a lovely week in Cornwall, where we had wall to wall sunshine for the majority of the week and caught some cracking waves!! To save me trawling through pages of threads, would someone be kind enough to get me up to speed with all the happenings of the last week or so? I obviously know about the 3 games we've played!! Many thanks.
Not a lot really except we are doing more loan deals than WONGA and apparently our APR runs at about £2,000,000, And poor old ADEL has been given the entire michael jackson back catalogue as a signing on gift now that he has joined the ruperts in NEVER NEVER LAND, And Anton has been told he cant claim unemployment benefit as he has'nt actually worked for the last 2 years, Jamie Mackie has given up football to become a FLOREST, Steve Mclaren was seen buying a new brolly in Sheperds Bush Market, Rosie the dog opened a new offshore account in a place called sandbanks, And last but not least Caterham hav'nt won a race yet..............................And i'm off to have my medication and a long lie down, Hope this help's and brings you up to speed.
Remy loan to Newcastle for the season. Injured. Taarabt loaned to Fulham for the season. Booed on his debut. Ferdinand gone to Trabsnaboor. Derry loaned to Millwall. Mackie sold to Forest. We signed Gary O'Neil on a one year deal. QPR are launching their own version of a popular book called 'Where's Diakite?'
Hope you had a good holiday Col I expect you know the headlines 1st match v SW we look overall a solid side who can make a lot of chances We are growing in confidence and IMO watching the other sides on TV I think we stand a good chance to do well Harold thinks we are going to sign some blowing players Watford look a good side but as we grow in confidence like cream we should rise to the top Got to take our chances and kill games like Watford are going IMO A good win now at home of course is already important
Possible targets (or loans) for us include, Assaidi from L'pool, Colombian striker Duvan Zapata for 6m, more talk about Defoe though that looks less likely now, as does Parker. Hoilett, Barton and Nedum all impressing, as is Charlie Austin. Promising signs on the pitch and a seemingly better attitude from players.
Yeah small section of the fans booed him as he came on for the last 30 mins. Not all of them roller had a link to a post somewhere earlier. Fulham Traveller knew more about it. Not sure if it was because he came from us or Marroco though ?!!
Your match report? oh and Hoilett looks the real deal! Been excellent and has the makings of our new Adel this year.
