James and Bakayogo aren't fit and Knockaert is being eased back into the team. Once we're settled we'll be fine. To be fair though. We created absolutely no end of chances last season. Whereas you went up by beating teams 1-0.
1-0 wins get you three points.. Watch any of our games upto Christmas for me we played the best football in the league. 3 at the back needs wing backs who can offer more going forward you just had regular full backs pushing on. A good team will take that formation apart if its not done right like we found out a few times last season.
Like I said, our wingbacks (will be De Laet and Bakayogo) were not fit today. De Laet was ill and Bakayogo isn't matchfit. You can't judge us based on today.
Fair enough but if you don't have the players fit don't play the system? It will be interesting to see how it works for you. Will koncheski be dropped from left wing back role then and De Laet play on the right?
I imagine the system will go a little like this. Schmeichel CB* Morgan Miquel De Laet James King Bakayogo Knockaert Wood Nugent * That CB could be any from Moore, SSL, Whitbread and Shane Duffy who we're rumoured to be interested in.
I am calm just didn't think you had the right players for that system so asked a question.. Simply trying to understand what the game plan was today.
To win the game, obviously you knob. We just couldn't break Leeds' two back fours. You looked even worse against us last season.

No not really but congratulations on beating us.. I'm just saying Leeds couldn't live with our 3-5-2 where as they could yours comfortably.
And how about if I ask Bristol City what they made of you when they visited your place at the tail end of last season?
Just a few things. Firstly, this is our third game with a new system with about 3/4 key players injured. Secondly, Leeds are now considered to be one of the better teams in the league, they certainly weren't when you played them. Thirdly, you've just proven my point. The 5-3-2 is a formation that is very unpredictable. Fourthly, what are you trying to achieve? Bore off kid.

Well 4 points is a good start (regardless of your opening opposition), so here's hoping But, we just did draw at home, not playing well, which can only mean we won't play well all season and we'll never score a goal again...

Knocky just kept playing in the space behind your wing back and created chaos in the middle 532 I think only works when your away. Its too defensive for at home
