People have other stuff going on, Saving for a new house, saving for a deposit, University, Holiday, Car, Kids etc.... Also we don't all live in Hull.
So in other words live your life for City?? What about the unemployed, family people with commitments? Living your life for City would be Utopia and there's no such thing.
Beverley tiger I am 35 married with 3 kids an still save Monday to go to games so no I am not dependent on myself I even take my son to every home game as a season ticket holder and go to every away game I can because not like most people in Hull I decided to get a decent job and live of the state and not smoke and save money so I can say pretty much what I want to be honest !!!
Many people don't go out over the weekend anyway. You seem to think they go out on a weekend and spend a few hundred quid that they could have saved for taking wife and/or children to Chelsea.
I won't be going to any away games this season because I'm going to University. Does it suddenly make me a fickle fan and bandwagoner because i'm caring about my future in life more than City? **** no! I've been going to City home and away since 98/99, bottom of Division Three, so don't you dare call me a bandwagoner.
Now your classing all the unemployed as the same. Like I said, i'm unemployed and at 59yrs old finding it hard to find work. I've worked all my life and never had trouble find work, now that's all changed. So please don't class me as a layabout.
You are really missing the point, Lots of people work very hard in a lot lower paying jobs than you obviously but that doesn't make them bad people or bad fans, they probably find it very difficult to budget for a season pass and rarely go out on weekends anymore. You can't just swoop up £100 for a game that's on television it's just nonsense when you have a long list of other priorities. I am not in this situation at all, I'm a 23 year old Single Male with a very healthy salary but the point is I can recognise that many fans (a few of my friends) are not you can't just disregard them as fans because of this.
Peter why don't you start drinking and smoking then pack both in and save the money. I thought you were are bright accountant-type chappie.
What does that mean. It is riddled with nonsense, eg. "I am not dependent on myself" - who are you dependent on then?
No wonder you're loaded, decent job & sponging benefits. ****ing benefit cheating ponce. What is this decent job, I'm guessing it's not a wordsmith. I too can say pretty much what I like. **** off, gormless ****
