Yes they have but the majority of their "foreign" signings are actually Italian or have Italian passports, so therefore have no problems coming here under the EU open door policy on gaining employment in a member state.

Looking at those videos he could be a decent striker. Certainly knows where to run and where the net is. Big, strong and powerful which is a striker we dont currently have. Look at what Benteke did in the PL last season - an unknown player, and smashed it to pieces. Certainly worth a shout imo - and also look at the clubs reportedly interested in him - Atletico Madrid and Napoli are two big clubs in Europe.
