    Well for dinner today I had left over roast pork with English mustard and mayo in a pitta with homemade tomato soup in my brand new sistema microwave soup mug, which sure will hold me in good stead this winter. <ok>

    Not sure for tea. Fancy treating myself as I am Oop Hereford with an evening to kill.

    Might well be pub ones.

    Tempting as that is got my mind set on gym, shower, food and chill. Had few disturbed nights and a couple of early mornings this week, need good kip.

    Got Ashburnham now next Thursday, is Tuesday a possible do you reckon for golf?

    I can probably get away early. so depends when you can get away as to where we play.. wouldnt mind playing belmont, £15 on tee off times.

    but its not worth paying for 18 unless you can get away for a 4pm at the latest tee off. as is dark by 8 now.

    I went on holiday so the golf thread died as only me and sweats used it. He'd have been talking to himself.

    Will have to bump it.

    Ended up having sardine and cottage cheese salad for tea with strawberries for afters!
