    Fenerbache are contesting a Euro ban in the Court of Arbitration of Sport. Arsenal are likely to be given a bye to the CL even if they lose the tie...

    They were already banned for 2 years but CAS suspended it to allow them in to play the preliminary rounds.

    They might again suspend the ban for the CL in full, not sure of the details of what is going on though

    So, looking at it, CAS found grounds to suspend the ban, will find out on above date I guess, might not matter by then anyways if they get beat

    The ban was already given a while ago, CAS suspended the 2 year ban, there was obviously grounds for them to do so, and that is why it won't be cleared up till the end of August.
