    Performances like that will get Liverpool a top 8 position in the EPL but it was never going to be good enough against the reserve team of one of Europe's elite.

    The team that played today would is good enough to beat Liverpool and all the teams below them. For the 7 or so teams better than Liverpool we could play the first team.

    Ive got a pal who plays in a Johnny Cash tribute band, when they were starting off they were looking for suggestions for a band name ; I suggested they call themselves " The Ladyboys Of Bangkok Play The Songs Of Johnny Cash".... not strictly accurate but it would sure guarantee bums on seats at their gigs
