Empty vessels make the most noise - and I am not full. Anyway I cannot be a new 'un as I have not been officially welcomed by anyone in power Would still - actually - be interested in what your alternative vision would be for the club. You obviously do not like the Pozzo model - but if you don't like it you must have an idea of what sort of owner and means of running the club that you think is better. Why not share it with us.
The irony is we are a reasonable bunch of people..... I don't know why old nick gets such pleasure in making waves......sad
We just expected the ref to know the unwritten rule that you NEVER award Watford a penalty. But he was incompetent and will be officiating non-league matches from now on,
We have no academy! http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/footb...pool-transfer-news-liverpool-arsenal-2149052?
Tricky situation though but think the Pozzos might be keen to keep him for a while because under this EPPP we'd get peanuts for such a player moving on.
Hope his advisors see what happened to Forrester and compare to what we do...... Zola is a much better bet than Rodgers or the frog.....
Dan - I am sorry - re-reading it looks like I was having a dig at the Mods ; I did not mean that; it was supposed to be humour directed at our most ardent Watford supporter who is soon going to reveal his masterplan for how the club can get rid of the nasty Pozzos (sounds a bit like a disease) and attract some good honest British owner who will give us a real future.
If you stayed up for the brief glimpse of Watford scoring six times you will be pleased to know that there are extended highlights, 24 minutes, with the Jon Marks commentary on Hornet Player. Starting to see just how good some of the players are.
Watford XI played Stevenage in a friendly this afternoon - winning 2-1 with goals from Acuna and Fabbrini.
Is Woods going to be the 3rd choice despite what the club claim? http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sp...eeper_and_Hall_training_with_Watford/?ref=rss
That Stevenage type game so much more value than being stuck in the football leagues academy you vil do zis or else structure at high tiers... The Pozzo/Zola/Duxbury plan to do it their way will payoff, we're fans and know so little in comparison to these guys, glad we have professionals at the helm...
Oh and if that isn't helping English football by giving opportunity for lower/non league sides to play against premier quality players I'm a chinaman, be proud, be a hornet...
If you were passing by the Vic yesterday and expected to see a large bulldozer at work, you would have been disappointed. http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/ne...ore_information_on_Watford_FC_s_East_Stand/>/ I suspect there is some sloppy journalism here, as the application to demolish various parts on that side is not exactly new.
As can be seen from the application form it was submitted on the 2nd August and validated by the council the same day. http://pa.watford.gov.uk/publicacce...51AAC201549DA623/pdf/13_00827_DEM--222356.pdf I guess that disposal of waste materials coming off the site could have raised issues with the local residents.
Rocket Ronnie's son scored for the Under 18s in a 2-1 win against AFC Wimbledon. Not such good news though.. http://www.watfordfc.com/news/artic...=Feed: WatfordFC (Watford FC ... Latest News)
