If Bale is really worth £100m then how much is Ronaldo and Messi worth? £500m? Both are far superior to Bale who has had one or two good seasons at best. Football is ****ed mate and getting worse not better. I fear for its long term future.

Presume that was for me fella? Bale I ment. There's a bit of a difference from going down easy and biting chunks and abusing people imo. Most players are going down a bit too easy these days. It's the state of the sport we follow now, but in his defence, like catts, he's picked up a lot of unfair bookings. When you get clipped at that speed, momentum dumps you where it wants. Momentum used to launch Giggsy in his haye day and he never got bookings, He got free kicks. Defenders know full well you only need to clip fast players to bring them down.
Bale gans down quicker than a $20 whore. He is a good player but he isn't a great player. Worth nowhere near £100m. If I were Levy I'd take it before Real come to their senses and withdraw it.
To be honest I can't see Real buying any player for 100mil think it's all a smoke screen so they can get the player they really want (whoever that is). Football will go tits up soon as Sky etc. will hit their ceiling for deals and most of the top teams will have to cut back on stupid transfers. Bale is a good player but, 2 good seasons doesn't make him a 100mil player, Ronaldo and Messi maybe as they have done it over a period of seasons not Bale. Bale is all speed when he picks up an injury which he will as that is how teams will stop him he will gradually lose that speed, it won't take long for teams to suss him out properly and nullify his threat. Wouldn't go as far as saying he is a diver but, he does go down very easily and, in fairness to him he's not the only one.
Make the clubs pay all fees in one go, none of this instalments crap. How do these fees fit in with the financial fair play rules?
