I'm torn between My Cohen Brothers, David Lynch or Tarantino collections. Maybe even my Lord of the Rings Box Set and my Blu Ray player, and by Blu Ray player I mean my PS3 and some games.
I've still got three left I think (Eight really as my choices were ever so slightly tongue in cheek) so I will opt for this classical one:
Polanski was a Charlie choice Dev. Moses would take his Lynch movies **** I've become like Rebus in Boardwalk Empire
Now we're talking, not that I don't like Polanski but Lynch is a mad genius. Any particular Moses favourites of Lynch's Charlie?
Stop confusing me you Didn't realise that you can't change your name back for three weeks when I did that. Polanski was obviously a fairly sick reference. To be honest I've gotten something out of all his films. It took me years to watch Eraserhead for some reason I kept watching part of it and turning it off. Probably my favourite one is Blue Velvet. I saw it when it came out and found it hysterical. A girl once broke up with me over that fact I loved the fact that Laura Dern couldn't act her way out of a paper bag and then this really ****ty wee robin appears. Hopper is immense in it I think it's the best role of his career. I watched Mulholland Drive the other week for the first time in about five years I got a blu ray copy and it looked amazing. I had forgotten what a great film it was. He just draws you in and you forget how truly malevolent some of the characters are. Fire walk with me I'm off to the lodge now.
Lost Highway is near the top of my Lynch List, as is Blue Velvet and yes, Dune. I got the Polanski joke just after I logged off last night
Don't ****ing tailgate read a ****ing manual I love that scene in Lost Highway when the mob boss guys just blooters the motorist off the road.
