Somehow I'm already finding it weird that Korea will be one of the earlier grand prix's on the calander.

Could it's move to the earlier part of the calender be due to the weather and light disadvantages it suffered last year?

Glad Brazil is the season finale - its where it should be. Is this now the maximum capacity for a season now? Theres not many gaps, especially with Russia expected in 2014.

Thats a very full schedule. Horror for the teams. Fantastic for a fan like me who will now have a GP most weekends. Glad to see Turkey survive.

Well done Genji: always first with the news it seems! - I came here to write an article based on next year's calendar but as usual , you are at least one step ahead of me!

In my opinion, although 21 races is great for the fan base, it is at the very limit of practicality, with logistical implications as well as an ever greater burden on the thousands of people who keep the F1 clock ticking. Like anyone else, these guys need a break; but in recent years we have seen it ever more encroached upon, so spare them a thought…

    Here's Autosport's take on it:

By my calculations, it's actually six back to back doubles!

I'm sure if Colonel Qaddafi gives Ecclestone enough cash we'll have a Libyan GP too.

I presume you are aware that that almost happened Miggins? Gaddafi actually proposed this very idea, and not so long ago either!

Well, apparently, a Mexican group is right now with the FIA guys trying to convince them to bring back the race to Mexico City; with plans to modify the Magdalena Michuca race track (autodromo hermanos rodriguez)

I'd like to see them go back to the Rodrigues brothers track, much better than a tilke track any day.

Unfortunately if they did go back there it would be a "Tilke Fixed" track :(

Is 38ºC too hot to race in? An American FIA official says the proposed June date for the Austin, Texas GP isn't the best option and suggests a later date in the autumn would be more suitable.

How hot is Malaysia? Is Texas as debilitatingly humid as Malaysia?
