100% agree. Which is why i'd prefer to go up with a settled squad, all pulling in the same direction. If we went up last season I think we'd end up coming straight back down. I don't see the point of going up to come down. I only want to go up if we have a very good chance of staying there. Regardless, clubs the size of Wednesday, Leeds, Forest and Leicester will be in that division in 10/15 years time because of FFP and EPPP.
I love this 'fan consultation' thing. I guarantee you'll get two logos, both will be **** but of course it'll be 'the fans decision' because you've chosen one when actually you'd prefer it to be kept how it was. Is this rebranding starting immediately (this season)? I imagine they'll have to change shirts that say 'Hull City AFC' to 'Hull Tigers'.
As hilarious as it is, I think we should all be behind Hull City in this matter as it is wrong. The Americanisation of it all is just disgusting, makes me sick to my stomach. Even tinpot clubs shouldn't have to suffer that out of desperation for a hint of almost success.
On the surface I find it funny just like everyone else but I do feel for them and I hope they do get what they want.
There are a few laughs to be had from this, but like Marko said, everyone should be united against this sort of thing happening.
Were all on your side like im sure you would be if it was the other way around If we was being renamed Leicester City Foxes you would have a laugh while supporting us im sure
Almost certainly! But I would support you all the way. Actually, while I have a chance, here is a petition which would be nice for you to sign if you wish: Hull City AFC: Stop the unwanted rebranding of Hull City AFC http://www.change.org/en-GB/petitio...erse-the-unwanted-rebranding-of-hull-city-afc
