Musty, is it me or is TafftheFish deliberately accusing us of mocking cancer when neither of us has done anything of the sort? If calling John Hughs a liar equates to trivializing cancer - can anyone tell me how that conclusion is reached?
Uplands point me in the right direction of the post and I'll take a look. Just trawlled through the Banned thread. They have the cheek to say we are disfunctional, **** they make The Simpsons look normal. The rules thy implemented I though applied to all posters on their board, but the obviously don't as their are clearly double standards, for Musty and Uplands being banned. While that vile poster Bean is still allowed to spout his bile. The ban we have implemented, I feel should be a permanent Swansea site ban the same as JH.

You remember that time on 606 when Hughs was bullshitting about visiting a woman who had cancer in Llansamlet (no mention of her being his girlfriend then mind)? Taff may not have been on here then so he may not know. Ridiculous of him to say what he said and clearly libelous
I remember that and we all sympathized with him at the time until he said something which totally contradicted what he'd originally said and made him out to be a liar. I forget what it was, but it will come back to me. Didn't he call her Liberty lady or something like that?
Uplands, I'm afraid you've made a very big mistake here. Can you please rename this thread "John Hugh's is a sick lying twat" Anyone like myself who remembers it will tell you that calling the thread that is much closer to the mark. He got picked up about lie after lie back then. He had no idea of the locality, must have been on google maps and made a fool of himself. He was ridiculed and reviled by the whole of our board. I'm still disgusted to this day about the pack of lies he spouted. Older posters like Phil, Norway and Dai will know what I've said is true.
I remember it too. If my memory serves me correct he was telling us he was commenting on our thread while with her in some pub. It turned out that the pub had been closed down for quite some time. People got suspicious from there on and one lie led to another with him. He ended up getting caught out about making the whole thing up. A sick individual.
Thats right it was the pilot in mumbles and he said he was there with a shed full of cardiff supporters from uni... The bloody pub was boarded up at the time...
As I have posted on their thread, it can be found ( well the aftermath) on BBC606 around 2nd, 3rd and 4th December 2010. JH soon deleted his thread but if you check your posts around then, there is reference to that weekends low point.
Yes you are right Dai I remember it - he should have used his well honed student research skills more carefully!
I've just remembered something else too....... Cast your minds back Remember there were loads of threads on our board and Liverpool's when Bessian passed away. There were hundreds of very kind messages from fans from clubs all over the country. But who else remembers one very sad wan.ker trolling around on every single thread and giving it a 1 star rating ? (I bet Dai remembers) Now who do you reckon that was ?
