Seen lots of people suggesting various protests to the name change. What is the general consensus on whatbis best to do?

Awful timing by the Allams, right at the moment the team needs full support the most. Remember Newcastle's season of protests the year we stayed up in the Prem and they went down?

I don't think botcotting games is the best solution - we support a team, not the decisions made by those who run the club. I think vocal and visual protests are the best way to protest...

I don't like the name change, it's easy to have mixed feelings due to what the Allams have done for the club. They haven't changed our identity like the owners of Cardiff have, but they have changed us from a football identity into a brand identity.

You can tweak and modernise tradition, but you don't eradicate it! ...doesn't Assem realise history and tradition are more marketable?

There is a reason the Yanks and Asians flock over here and why their favourite British tv programmes are thr likes of Downton Abbey and Dr.Who - they love our British history, culture and traditions!

Another bad thing is the re-brand itself... how cheap and nasty does that amended badge look? Did they get it doneat Skirlington market? IIt's a right bodge job!

They wont give two ****s about abuse, the only thing that will bother him is losing money and hence everyone who bought a season ticket returns it. However he's such a spoilt brat he'd probably shut the club down if that happened.

Ive posted it MANY times on here - I ****ing hate that we owe him £60m. He's got us over a barrel. Id be happy if they took their money back now, sold the club and walked away.

How about organising a protest outside the groud at say 1pm, and have a co-ordinated protest inside the ground at 3pm kick off???

He'll see it as the perfect timing, in the premier league = season tickets sold so even if people stay away he's got our money so wont care. Would he still have done this if we were in the championship as he wouldnt have sold as many passes and people picked the games they wanted to go to. People would then have boycotted the games which would have hit him in the pocket.

It's quite simple, all the traditionalist are complaining about the re-branding - then ignore it.
Don't buy any merchandise that has the new logo on it.

Personally I like the 'Hull City Tigers', far better than our historic 'Hull City Bankrupt' or Hull City Locked Out'.

The owners have chosen to rename but the supporters by choice can continue to call it what they like.

They will not benefit anything from me with the re-branding as I no long buy merchandise, just my season tickets - which I will continue to do.

The whole East Stand should stand up, point at him, and give him the slow handclap.

[Edit: I've just realised that's a tad difficult!]
