That's a bad stutter you have there Trev. I would advise two things 1/. Consult a SPEACH therapist. Watch the Kings Speach if you cannot access one, some good advice in that film. Breathing exercises are very useful for overcoming such impediments as your own. 2/. Buy a keyboard with vowels on it.
