I have no clue how it works but need some help here as I try to plan this. Which games would be easier for me to get tickets for: Sat - Jan 18 Aston Villa Tue - Jan 28 Everton ( would be sweet but highly doubt it) Sat - Feb 8 Arsenal ( again difficult I would imagine) Sat - Feb 22 Swansea Sat - Mar 8 Sunderland Thoughts? Anyone have connections? If 6D were still here I would ask him but don't think he cares for my spine right now
I'd say your best chance is Villa purely because it just after the festive period and people will be skint
No chance for Everton and Arsenal. I think Sunderland might be a good opportunity, not excellent high in excitement for attracting a crowd.
we play wba in that window and one of my mates lives 30 min from there if all else fails but i would to watch a game at anfield
Just contemplating going to the County game at the end of August. Just text a mate to see if he fancies it (I'll get him to buy tickets and I'll drive)
Also once I get the flight sorted, I want to try to find a club that would allow me to watch some of their training sessions ( pros, reserves, youth, doesn't matter) as well. Need to have some verbals and see what I can swing.
Just have to know someone who can get you in, I have a contact with Leeds, will see if I can swing that. I also have another with the mighty Bury!
Yep, its very much a case of who you know. Clubs will get flooded with requests from fans or trainees etc wanting access
I mean who's dick do I gotta su...... erm, who do I need to befriend. the biggest one is my friend who lives in Durham, his old man is a scout for Sunderland and that is probably the best connection I have but I don't really have plans to go that far north. Might change if he can hook a brotha up! Will have to get to London at some point to say ya I saw all that **** with the misses.
I plan on the pubs, will be seeing England/seeing friends/sight seeing to appease the misses so I can smash.
