They were going to host some arm wrestling bouts but it was thought that Monkey Tennis would appeal to a wider audience. The firing rabbits out of a cannon into Asda car park whilst Chas and Dave sing their classic " Rabbit " act has been scrapped due to some complaints.
I saw it yesterday. It was bloody brilliant. Well Done Alan, sir. Sadly I was distracted for most of the evening by this site while on my phone.
My mrs is threatening to chuck my phone down the toilet as I'm obsessed with it apparently. I haven't seen the AP film, although I did watch Sharknado on Syfy last. Cinematic genius (although I suspect it never made it to the cinema)
It did. It bombed. I don't know why either. I loved it. My missus on the other hand, laughed all the way through. She doesn't understand it at all. She was expecting something along the lines of Avatar or Lord of the Rings. I tried explaining that genre is great because its a crappy plot, crappy acting, crappy special effects and crappy continuity. THAT is what makes it awesome. I might need to watch Stoneado next week, I can't see how that could fail either, especially if there are any sharks in it. Oh and I pointed this out to the witch today: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-23610105 That **** can happen, it ain't funny.
No it doesn't have anything to do with mega shark v giant octopus, sharktopus or crocosaurus. It's its own bundle of awesomeness

Continuing with the films on Syfy theme, that channel is rapidly becoming my favourite. I got bored with all the deadline day nonsense last night so switched on to Syfy and what was on? Only a film called Piranhaconda. Now I don't want to spoil the film for you, but it involves a genetically mutated monster that is partly anaconda and part piranha. I know what you're thinking, it's a **** film starring Z-list actors. But you're wrong. It stars Michael Madsen, of Reservoir Dogs and Kill Bill fame; and the one and only Rachel Hunter (ex Mrs Rod Stewart). It also stars lots of (admittedly rough) women in bikinis as its set in Hawaii.l Doesn't get any more A-list than that. I'm sure it'll be repeated at some point (Sharknado is on again tonight) - so get it Sky plussed
Ohho! I spotted that a little late and my witch said "you probably don't want to watch that with me...." and tbh, she's right. She'll just laugh all the way through it and get right on my tits. So, is that recommended viewing then APM?? I'd already thought about Sky Plussing it as like you, couldn't see how that could be much more awesome.
It's got a mutated snake/fish monster, women in bikinis, special FX to rival Sharknado. How could I not recommend it?! And a little known factoid just for you Happy. It appears to have been filmed at the same location as the big fight scene in Dinocroc versus Supergator (which is also recommended viewing)
Aha cheers. I'd already set it to record via my phone, just need to figure out a way to watch it without the missus knowing its on.
How the hell did Michael Madsen get roped into making that nonsense? The girls costumes are good thought, all 3 inches of them. And let's not forget the classic Sam L Jackson line 'I'm sick to ****ing death, of these motherfucking snakes, on this motherfucking plane'.
Nonsense? Wash your mouth out OLM. That quote from Sam (as I call him) has to go down as one of the best lines in a film. Ever.
you've got to be kidding!! i thought that trailor was a fake.. that a film couldn't be that stupid.. but it's a real film.. what is the world coming to??
