I know where I come from and it's ****. I widny pretend otherwise. Anyhoo, quick question for ye about Watford. What the **** is so special about the Gap shop there?
I know people like to defend the town/city they were born/live in but come on, Watford? FFS, if I lived in Dundee I wouldn't be defending it no matter how much anyone slagged it off. Watford = Dundee
I don't live there, never have. My family on my mum's side are from there. It's not the nicest place in the world but there's nothing wrong with it, it's much nicer than lots of London. I've never been to Lanarkshire but i'm guessing it's a bit manky.
On a side note, the Guardian just had this The most unlikely football computer games http://www.theguardian.com/football/2013/aug/07/the-knowledge-unlikely-computer-games Ally McCoist Director of Football: This just seemed strange, due to McCoist still being a decade from becoming a manager when the game came out in 2001. It also includes an unfortunate element, as STV Sport explained in 2012: "McCoist may regret his name appearing on a game which appears to offer the opportunity for wannabe directors of football to avoid paying tax. At the end of each in-game season your club is presented with a tax bill, but you can decide to risk further repercussions by only paying a fraction of the money owed. The screen reads: 'You can reduce the amount of tax by 50%, at the risk of being caught and facing a large fine. Do you wish to adopt this tax evasion?'"
