How about we loan you Suarez and you loan us 2 players - options both ways at a price to be agreed.
? FFS Dave, I've been posting on here as long as you. Obviously not memorably, it would appear...

Aaaah nice and quiet in here now all you jizzpigs are tucked up in your sties, little trotters pointing at the ceiling.
Oh, somebody squeezed one out in the corner, aww it's right on somebody's Panini sticker book.
Wow - strong comments by Rodgers! He's handled this brilliantly especially now that the PFA have said LFC are in the right about the clause!
Message to Luis - can't see Arsenal raising their offer by much, so you better start grovelling before you can ever wear the red shirt again!!

So much for the verbal agreement and all the wishful arguments about it being binding, Suarez said there was and Rodgers has categorically denied there was one. Looks like the same interpretation mess up by Guardiola and Suarez as the contract clause.
The gooners now are left with resorting to slagging off Brendan and saying we'd shown no class![]()
I have to admit, I love these quotes from Brendan.
"The Liverpool Way is all about a club with ambition, a club that strives to be the very best, a club that is about commitment. That means that everyone is committed to the cause of fighting for the shirt."
"It's also about dignity and being dignified in how you speak about the club, on and off the field, and it's about unity."
"Those are the four values that run through my mind when I think about Liverpool. Those are the values we will always retain. If anyone steps outside of that standard, I will deal with it."

"I can't see why any footballer would want to play for Liverpool... a club with an ego for the Champions League and a squad for mid-table mediocrity. Suarez understandably wants to jump ship. The poor guy is forced to play with Downing each week. Suarez tried to be nice about it, he tried to politely say he wanted to leave, but that can only go so far when you've got a desperate, failing club who don't respect the wishes of their players. Frankly, Liverpool should be grateful that Suarez stayed as long as he did. For a player of his quality to give a club like Liverpool two and a half years of his time, they should be kissing his boots and giving him their best wishes."
Have taken this off an arsenal thread. In some ways I would like to see him go to arsenal and then see what they say about the "poor guy" in a year or two when real/bayern/juventas come calling. Incredibly 2 faced and incredibly desperate

Suarez leaving Training, is he crying!!!
