I hope you only mean by lying on top of him. We'll have a new midfielder by next weekend, don't worry.
I'd hope we'd have at least 2 in by the Chelsea match and at least one in by the time Dawson's testimonial comes round.
I hope so, we've had enough false trails and smokescreen from Bruce. Time to pull a few rabbits from the hat.
Both:- Alex Bruce out again ALEX Bruce has cut a frustrated figure during City’s time in Germany after tweaking a hamstring in the very first training session on Friday evening. The minor niggle ruled him out of Saturday’s win over Dynamo Dresden and will again see him watch from the sidelines against Eintracht Braunschweig this evening. Bruce, though, is hopeful of resuming full training at the end of this week and put his hand up for this weekend’s game against Real Betis for Andy Dawson’s testimonial. Of the 23-strong squad in Germany, with only Abdoulaye Faye left at home, only Bruce, Steve Harper and Eldin Jakupovic played no part against Dresden. Both keepers will hope that changes in the sleepy town of Goslar tonight HDM just before Dresden game. Can't find link.
With this injury, i'm annoyed that Quinn's out for a few weeks, but I'm relieved as I thought someone like him would've done a ligament or something.
If we plan on playing this 4-3-3 shape i can see Brady filling in on the left side of midfield (can get up and down and improved massively defensively) and then have Sagbo & Aluko as the wingers with Graham up front!
We'll have Huddleston and Parker (I wish) I suppose the good news is that the injury is now not once the season has started or the transfer window has shut. Gives him time to start recovering before we play and gives Bruce chance to bring in an extra body if he feels necessary
