the big trouble with home bargains is that i always emerge with stuff that is not conducive to my racing-snake waist aspirations.

Can't argue with that, unchilled corned beef is simply not right.

I sincerely doubt that anyone will post better advice when it comes to corned beef.

It's so basic but nearly everyone stores it in a cupboard and just thinks in this kind of weather it will be good to go from a warm cupboard.

    IT'S JUST MUSH.

    It needs to be refrigerated.

    FACT.

Corned beef in oz is literally not the same - I miss proper corned beef (hash or in a white breadcake are my preferred ways of eatin it) and proper mushy peas.

Corned beef,is always going to be expensive, whilst we're in a ruck with the Argies isn't it. Remember when we took it off the shelves, during the Malvinas conflict ?

    Anyway,corned beef,onions,sliced spuds,mashed(Mexican style)beans and a fried egg on top.

    No need to thank me...

I do...I just can't eat meat or fowl! Indeed, worse still, I can't even eat fried fish or the chips if they have been cooked in animal fat! It's a bugger trying to find a fish shop that cooks in oil. Anyone know of any?

Bollox, that depends on what sauce you ask for, I'm a mint man with a splash of chilli, others may go for mayo, garlic mayo or even ketchup. Arsehole is quite plain without the felch sauce.

What the **** is going on?

I've had a few beverages tonight but I think I'm getting this.

There are blokes out there who don't like donner meat?

You learn something new every day.

    You really do.
