http://www.fcinternews.it/?action=read&idnotizia=48572 Adel Taarabt, talented Moroccan Queen's Park Rangers on which the whole, according to some of the QPR Gianni Di Marzio that is market consultant, requested information, is a player who joins, as we have said, good numbers on field to a not bad temper, which leads him often to be key player in several high voltage incidents. This time Taarabt announced by the Moroccan radio station Radiomars of its intention not to make themselves available for meetings of its National Assembly. After discovering the owner was not in the game against Algeria, Taarabt gave vent to his disappointment, announcing: "I'll play more with the national team, with or without Eric Gerets." It is not the first time this happens: even with the previous interim coach, Cuperly, Taarabt had the same type of reaction, only to fall into line with the arrival of former AC Milan. With which, however, the idyll did not last long.
======================================================================== Northolt translation: Not in the team ? Right I'm off to France and I'm not playing again, till you change to a manager that recognises my genius!
This Taarabt very nightmare fellow. He always problem play F1 with that Bernard Briatore. He Moroccan or Franceman but Queens Park Rangers maybe, not sure. Maybe he play England even now or Tottingham who know? One thing for sure, he big strop man. Very problem tousjours. I go way now.
Warnock appointed Manager of Moroccan national team. Taarabt appointed captain. Morocco beat Barnsley 4-0.
Queens Park Rangers captain Adel Taarabt has vowed to never play for Morocco again after learning he will start among the substitutes in the country's vital African Nations Cup qualifier with Algeria on Saturday. Taarabt was incensed after former-manager Dominique Cuperly left him on the bench for a similar clash against Tanzania last October. And now Morocco's new coach, Eric Gerets, has decided to leave the 22-year-old out of the starting XI for the crucial clash in Marrakech, leaving Taarabt fuming. âI'm very angry and the national team is over for me.âAdel Taarabt He told Moroccan radio station Radio Mars: "I have decided to never play for Morocco again, with or without Eric Gerets in charge. "I'm very angry and the national team is over for me. "Every time I come to play for Morocco the same thing happens and I'm sick of this situation." "This time Taarabt announced by the Moroccan radio station Radiomars of its intention not to make themselves available for meetings of its National Assembly." It all seems perfectly clear to me from this that he is merely saying he no longer wishes to be considered for the presidency of the red planet, and will continue to be available for Morocco. I think.
Spot on -twins! Seriously though, this ain't the first time the lad's said this - but they do jet him about a bit and leave him with nothing... Having said that, when a young man says never, it usually means 'until you ask me nicely'!
Anyone surprised by this brat's actions? If it was anyone else we'd be denouncing him from the roof tops. I don't care how good he is, no-one could put up with his juvenile carry on. If some one comes in with a substantial bid then I think we should cash in. Just more evidence of this lad's temperamentality and refusal to grow up. How on earth is he gonna survive in the Prem let alone be our Linchpin?
He isn't the linchpin, he is the icing on top of the cake (sorry about the mixed metaphor). Faurlin is the linchpin.
...actually he is more the cherry on the icing on the cake....for me anyways.... I like cherries I do
Honestly, it doesn't surprise me. Saddens me, but doesn't surprise me. I agree that he's the cherry on the icing of our cake, buy I think the cherry's a little sour sometimes. On the bright side, if we can keep him through January, at least he won't be off to the African Nations....
Of course the cherry is a little sour at times, we are QPR. What do you expect? However, who would you swap him for? Keeping it vaguely realistic, I can't think of anyone.
