Like i said before, If United are to sell Rooney, it would be abroad, other than that United will keep Rooney. Can't see United at all selling Rooney to Chelsea.

 

I think it all depends on who you bring in. If you were to get Cesc, Ronaldo and Fellaini (or any of the two for example) and Chelsea came in with 40million i think he'll be gone. Also Chelsea paid 50million for a crap Torres, so its a little insulting towards Utd that they have offered in the region of 25million for him
