As it says on the tin not football related. Has anybody on here been to Bluestone national park in pembrokeshire ? If so any good for a week away, we seem to be at least having some decent weather and spending my money in Wales seems a good idea.
Eldon! Sorry m8 haven't been there but Tenby's a cracking place to stay. By the way, It's pissing down down here today.
Just as i posted it the rain came down !!! Tenby is only about 10 miles away so a day down at the beach could be on the cards.
Shouldn't that be a REDbrand thread? Never heard of Bluestone, but Pembroke is a lovely county. Not fussed on Tenby as it is too busy. Prefer Saundersfoot.
My sister has been there, with her Hubby, Kids & grandkids. They loved it it's good for the people who live "active" type of holidays.
Lovely cabins and great if you want a quite, central base to visit Pembrokeshire. My kids are more used to the Butlins/Haven type sites, so did not have the activities/stupidity they are used to on site. All depends what you are after
Thanks for your help, looks like im off to pembroke this year. Lets hope the weather stays ok and we can at least get out and about. Swimaway, what jabs do i need to get through quarantine at Swansea
Just Rabies, Lamprey disease and Diptheria and your away to go. 2 weeks quarantine for any Redbird fan who cannot prove they are not bringing these much carried Cardiffian diseases into our wonderous healthy county. Don't forget your passport if your using the Loughor Bridge
Oh im fine then have had those disease's at least twice im as healthy as a pig now, Wont forget my passport either i got to go over the severn bridge first
I've been there, it's a decent place but not a lot there. I'd use it as a base and travel. If you're looking at Wales check our the Haven parks. There's one by Aberaeron and one in Pwllheli. Great if you have a pet because they will accept them and plenty to do on camp too.
