Stokes play away from the box today was outstanding , we played A man short with Watt stood on touchline , the cheat in middle in black was a disgrace . I here Mccoist is blaming green on the defeat , did he score the winner !!!

Why did we pay £2m for Balde and then leave him on the bench. Post match interview I am sure I caught NL saying that we lacked height or similar. Makes me wonder who wanted Balde at the club?
Very interesting. Was clearly a club political statement. Is fat Sally lining himself up for a dismissal with big payoff for him and the back room boys, full in the knowledge that the OOB is around the corner. Btw he is down to two cups now. Is fat Sally alienating green from fan base because he is backing other faction. This is going to be more entertaining that the first episode. Whoever their soap writer is s/he is bloody good. Agreed. And with Harry too, his play outside the box was good. Lenny didn't even mention Balde when talkin bout strikers. If you could fuse Watt and Forrest we'd have a £25m player on our hands........ But we can't.

Thing about Balde that did me in was this: Boerritger gets injured (on the basis of the 20 mins or whatever he played, he could easily become my favourite player) - Watt comes on wide left instead of moving Commons there (probably Samaras would've got that role had he been fit). Then with about 10-15 mins left, Balde was sent behind the goals to warm up. Even with time ticking down and no winning goal looking like it's coming, Balde is still "warming up" - I put that in inverted commas cos he was just standing about stretching as if he didn't expect to get on at all. Kayal was put on after the goal (but, bizarrely, Broon didn't seem to pushed properly wide right after that) but Balde was sent out to warm up and really didn't look like he was ever getting on the pitch or that he could even be arsed. Drawing 1-1 with 10 mins left when 6 or 7 balls across goal (from Matthews, Broon, Ledley and Watt) go without being poked in is EXACTLY when you would stick your brand new 6' 4 brick ****hoose centre forward on. What I've seen of Balde has been disappointing but I'm guessing he hasn't been showing it in training either or else he'd have been on with Stokes or Commons hauled.
