My prediction for Saturday's team will be:- In goal - Forde....... and then errrrr....... not a ****ing clue! not too many of last year's team though! anybody else care to have a go at predicting the team....
I don't usually venture onto other teams sites, but for North/South relations I thought I would and also because the craic between our supporters is great(most of them). Will take a while for team to gel. Hell of a lot of new players arrived so I'm not expecting all the players to be on the same wavelength on sat. But they're professionals so better not take too long as we don't want to be playing catch up by Oct.

Does anyone else think our achillies heel maybe our defence,as we're relying on last seasons form as we haven't strengthened in that department , and IMO our back up is weak and that could stop us from progressing? No Robinson ROAR ? He will be like a new signing on last term,and fair play to Lomas he is trying to add to our defence, we were absolutly desperate for goals and personally i think we have them now in abundance I just wish we never lost Taylor but who knows maybe we now have even better COYL....
I think that our defence has not been a problem, on the contrary our problems have been the inability of our forwards to keep possession of the ball with the consequence of our midfield and defence being under pressure for large parts of matches last season... if we get our forwards and midfield controlling possession, more than they have done in the past then the opposition defence rather than ours will be answering questions.. Personally, I would like to see more steel/bottle from the likes of Henry and Trotter who in my opinion have been coasting for a long time now...in fact I would not be surprised or disappointed if both of them had difficulty in holding down a place this season

Losing Taylor was a blow Mighty as you said but think Beevers and ****tu will be our two centrals out of loyalty to last season,even Robinson thinks he won't be playing and will have to bayed his time.
