Well Ron, maybe it was a good thing!! Those three along with sound reflection meant i had 4 out of 4 in my lucky 15 for the first time ever!
I watched some of the first half before the t'internet feed kept dropping out. The big lad who scored for us looked decent and scored a good goal, but we kept getting overrun in midfield. We really need a couple of hard tacklers with presence in the middle of the park - playing with 2 fast wingers is a luxury we can't afford. The Rs look to have some good quality players in the team, although maybe still a bit disjointed or still in pre-season training? Alot of mis-placed passes etc. I only watched till about 35 minutes though so not sure how things went after that. The one redeeming feature is that we are above Barnsley in the table
I was surprised with our line up to be honest odddy. Barton for all his failings is too good for that league and Faurlin had his best game in a hoops shirt for some time. Wednesday hit the post in the second half and one lad shot over with only Green to beat. Encouraging start for Rangers but they have to improve at the back. Dunne may sort that out when he is fit.
He was taking a big risk on his pick I only looked at the race because of that the race looked anyones and for me to get the 4th home in that race was a big ahievment
