Wish we were 3-1 up, coasting to victory, rather than 2-1 and the inevitable, for us, squeaky bum time.

Excellent game by Rob Green, faultless. Really good to have a proper #1.

Pleased with the result but there is still work to do, especially at the back. Also, don't tell anyone, but I think Joey had a great game overall.

Pleased to see a good performance, and a good reaction to Joey when he went off.

Was the booing just from the Wednesday fans?

Great....only saw last 20 minutes but plenty of encouragement for next 45 games.....moved the ball around well.....seems their keeper kept them in the game.....

Is Barton flavour of the month? Comentator said he played well so maybe this is what he needed.

The thicker hoops look really good and the Keepers kit is classy.....

    Lots to look forward to.

    Up the R's

We need to improve but first win after 0-4 and 0-5 the previous seasons it was a good feeling to get 3 well deserved points. Let´s try collecting the points to bring us up again to PL asap....

I was listening in until went down 0-1 then switched off, guess another season for me of feeling like a Jonah not able to watch or listen to games!
    Great result though

    GET IN THERE!!!!!!!
Not too impressed, but three points ffs.
Hoilett is going to be brilliant this season (he was one of the players I wanted to be rid of). When he starts putting the ball away he will be as good as Adel when we won this league.
We need Townsend on the right and Barton in the middle instead of Henry. Then we are going to be a force to be reckoned with.
SWP did really well when he came on, and is going to be important this season.
Austin needs time to settle in, obviously.
We play a long ball game to BZ who never wins a header! AJ and Austin up front, please.
If I can vote for player of the year now, I would vote for Ned. Absolutely PL-class.
Don't expect me to be very mobile or athletic tomorrow morning<cheers><cheers><cheers>

so it was Queen's Park that took the beating today, losing 0 - 6 in Scottish league cup, the god (or the devil) of football must have got us mixed up <devil>
