A young Riise would be great in our team right now. Perfect attacking full back.

Coutinho's haircut makes him look 10 years older compared to his old mop. He now looks more like 15 years old. <ok>

Lucas played well today, I thought, was great intercepting the ball and getting his foot in to break up play - would have been my man of the match

All Ray Stubbs wants to talk about is Suarez' reception.

Played well. Olympiacos are no push overs, they had won the Greek league by February last season. Allen played well, he actually looked like he knew his role today, when the ball got out wide he broke from midfield in to space, always got his head up and deserved his goal. Lucas was the best he's looked so far in pre-season, he didn't give the Olympiacos players are moment to think. Aspas looked lively, worked the channels well, showed good awareness with a few nice touches. No one really had a bad game.

2 games left now before the season, right? In less than 2 weeks we'll of played our first game. <ok>

Very disappointing given it was Gerrard's testimonial match. Was waiting for a surprise or two. Would have loved to see some more ex-players play in a kick-around, more relaxed atmosphere. Oh well, we saw God again.

Disagree that Allen played well. He unbalances the midfield and prevents Coutinho from playing centrally sometimes. Sterling has been great this preseason, he should be starting.

Yes. Coutinho is the best passer we have. If he is wide he is compromised. Sterling could thrive off of Coutinho's through balls to.

Imagine Coutinho and Gerrard providing the forward passes for a front three of Costa, Sturridge and Sterling. Or failing that Aspas, Sturridge and Sterling.
