You were wrong to bring attendance/support into this. Your squad is in front of ours as after 2 seasons of decent pl management it should be. The fact no one mentions Kim bo shows how little you've seen of us.
Why would we when we have the 2 time Korean footballer of the year already, who will struggle to get game time himself? How many KFA awards has Bim bo got? Even the nuetral Koreans rate Ki more...whats that tell you?
Kim bo ahead of who? Michu, shelvey, de Guzman, ki, canas, pozuelo or Britton? Ki makes our bench and he is rated higher than Kim bo in this country and his own.
Millions across the world on their TV's, that is what our attendance is. You know the saying, don't write cheques your body can't cash. All you have to do is go online and see that the world of football knows and applauds us, they haven't even heard of the city you live in. Cardiff is small compared to our club, that's life unfortunately for you.
+1 Even South Korea see's Ki as their number one player and this guy thinks Kim Bo should be ahead of him?! Like I said on their board yesterday, in Cardiff they see the world differently to everybody else. Must be all the self loving propaganda coming from the Senedd, they are lapping it up.
When people over here < Crete> ask me where I am from I say Swansea and more often than not they reply '' Oh. yes the football side'' .So I thought I would try a little experiment- so now I say'' Cardiff'' and they look at me with a puzzled look on their faces.FACT!!!!
That's the part most Redbirds are too thick to understand. But good news for them, Mountain Ash is completely 93.2% bluebird territory. That's where John Hughs lives you know. What really matters to them is that they keep their valleys support which has started to haemorrage towards us after 2 successful season in the PL and now having European football. Question - are we the first Welsh team to qualify for Europe via an English competition, ie the hard way?
We must be. Before this any time any Welsh team have played in Europe has been by winning the Welsh cup or by having qualified through the LOW since it's inception. Doesn't it make a nice change to see a Welsh club play in Europe and not get mullered by the 1st half reasonable team they play? Had Malmo played a LOW team I feel the result would have been reversed. The decision to stop ourselves, Cardiff, Newport and Wrexham playing in the Welsh cup and not being allowed to represent Wales is childish and ridiculous.
I don't want anything to do with the LOW to be honest dill, they are a bunch of amateurs and we are well rid of any competition they run.....We are proof that you can do well and get into europe without them abet we will be representing england...
I am quite surprised on how highly you rate Cornelius. Are you aware how empty his CV is? He has 1 season with FC Copenhagen scoring 18 in 32 games in the Danish Superliga at something like League 1 level. Additionally, in 5 international games for Denmark he has scored once. Obviously the striker position would be taken by Bony. But the backup striker I guess would have to be Bellamy (without really knowing the Cardiff squad). It's not impossible Cornelius can become good, but it's much too early to tell. Just imo.
Looks to me like Cardiff are splashing the cash on future stars, not stars for today. They need to be careful as if these boys can't step up to the plate right now then they are a serious concern for relegation. I wonder how long these guys will stick around then? No doubt they have relegation clauses in their contracts.
They are taking a big gamble. It's a total unknown how he will handle the pressure of coming to a new club being sold for a record amount. My guess is that his success will depend much on whether he can score in his first few games. If not he will not be able to take the pressure (who would?). It would have been much better for him to go to Swansea as the backup striker, and let Bony take the pressure.
And if its potential they are after then by the time those players actually come a good'un along comes the big clubs like United, City and Swansea to reap the benefits.
