lol i just find it hilarious in general how the mentality when people did bring it up was just oh Rosberg must also be one of the best drivers, as apposed to daring to doubt Hamiltons abilities, and then of course Rosberg kind of got outperformed by Schumacher quite often last year (you know the driver who was constantly criticized for being average and over-the-hill) so ummmmmmm i guess that means Schumacher was still one of the best aswell, lol there was even an article claiming such on bbc or autosport earlier this year. No wonder he has such a huge ego with people feeding it so often.
I thought your problem was more with Hamilton's personality but you now seem to have moved on to point-blank refusing to acknowledge that Hamilton has any talent at all
really? i mean.....i've said literally nothing like that. All i've done is tried to raise some legitimate points regarding how certain drivers are viewed in comparison to him, and how people would rather just change how they see the quality of those drivers than dare to doubt that Hamilton has some ridiculous talent far beyond anyone else (which has been constantly suggested since he came into the sport), which is exactly what happened with Rosberg and Schumacher, i mean someone even felt the need to write a freaking article about it because they felt Rosbergs performances early in the year made Lewis look bad. Seriously the man has people worshiping him like no other sportsman i've come across, and his inevitable dominance of the sport hasn't even started yet.
So can you give us an example of one of those worshipers here on this forum so we have a reference point?
lol gimme a break, everything negative said about him (yes mainly by me recently) has been either ignored, laughed off or deflected as if people can't bring themselves to discuss anything bad about him, now compare that to other drivers like Grosjean, yeah exactly.
Have you considered it might be your approach rather than the subject? Maybe if you're less antagonistic and combative and discuss racing you'd get a better response? Plenty of fans of other drivers on here.
http://plus.autosport.com/premium/feature/5468/it-not-all-over-for-vergne/ Someone wrote an article about how Ricciardo has been beating Vergne, Ricciardo must be making Vergne look bad!
ROFL really? just no, you only have to look at the meltdown i caused just by making a couple of vaguely negative comments about Hamilton, as i said people literally can't cope with discussing negative things about him so have to deflect or try to make a joke about it. When the actual 606 was up it was even worse and still shows in the comments on BBC articles.
We can discuss Hamilton's negative points, you just need Kyle/Hans Gruber to come along. He'll chat all day to you about that subject. You confuse me. You get excited if you think we bite, but you get annoyed if we laugh it off. What would you like us to do? Oh, and can you please clear up all of your ROFL'ing before you go. Makes a mess on the carpet.
I'll take that as a no then. Quick tip, and last word on this from me. ..if you have a problem with Hamelots on BBC, go there and complain at them..
It's just us. Because we can't accept how crap the driver we support is, it makes us all blinkered fanboys. Maybe one day we'll realise that Hamilton is really in the same bracket as Lavaggi, Belmondo, Ide et al
This is basically just Manny 2.0 at this point isn't it? *sigh* I'm by no means a huge Hamilton fan, but FFS he's a talented driver! You don't win a world championship simply by having a good car! You've still got to drive the damn thing! As for his move, I think it was good of Hamilton to move on from McLaren and experience being in a new team. Also, as ASC has already pointed out, it has been acknowledged many times on here about how well Rosberg has stood up against Hamilton. Clearly, you just have a personal vendetta to **** on Hamilton. He might dress like an idiot sometimes and whatever, but the guy is talented. I don't know why you act as if he isn't.
