Man U didnt play in the FA Cup as they were asked to play in the World Club Championship which ruled them out of it. Both cups have been devalued over the years. The League Cup is very much the minor club competition. Look at the crowds. Look at your crowd last night - thousands of empty seats. Whys that? Its all about the league and CL these days.

We put Ki in defence even though we had defenders, we played three wingers interchanging into out of position ce tral attacking midfield even though we had Luke Moore to lead the line and be supported by Michu. We had Vorm on the subs bench because Tremmel was given his place due to be being an ever resent throughout the competition. And for the record, it would mean little to say here that some of your guys don't like being corrected. This thread is ample proof why. It gets personal.
So check this then: 3 players who weren't regulars Ki, Moore and Vorm but he was on the bench. Sorry, was Moore on the bench?

For a start we played our 2nd choice keeper as hed played the entire competition - therefore team weakened.
