Morning all,

As its my birthday today, I am off out for a steak and to look at buying a motorbike.

To help the funds I have gone for <party>& <party>

Ryan Moore clearly thinks he has unfinished business with this one and has been jocked up on him for quite a while.
 
I'm at goodwood today stick weather has improved down here now after a thundery start. Amanda perrett is a local trainer and a few of the lads also believe this has a good chance.

My old man rides out for William knight and he says expect fire ship to get a place and goodwood mirage to win. Fingers crossed for a good day for the south trainers.

As you will see I have put up Goodwood Mirage- big fan of the horse so good to see they are confident! :D
 
Happy birthday, Nass. A motorbike though...cor blimey why on earth do you want one of those. Be careful, old boy.

My regular readers were Ebullient with a capital &#8216;E&#8217; after Masamah won last time out at 14/1 and I did tip him up earlier in the week but am far less keen now and ultimately unlikely to get involved as the &#8216;King George&#8217; looks a ultra competitive heat and this may be a step too far for him, methinks. 3YO&#8217;s in that same race have an appalling recent record (0/33 in the last ten years) but am drawn somewhat to Smoothtalkinrascal who could be something special. Although he was beaten last time out he put up an awesome performance from the terrible position he got himself into, two furlongs out, and has subsequently been bought by &#8216;Chevely Park&#8217; who owned the winner that day!

Meanwhile, in the &#8216;lucky last&#8217; Northern Meeting doesn&#8217;t look harshly treated off 77 especially when you see that a few of those rated 10 lbs higher have achieved no more than he.

Thirsk 405 dhhamaan ew at 12s looks well weighted also like whispered times but at 8s I will go with the bigger odds a few in the race look to weighted for this one I would be worried about is glenriding but wins and places of late seem hard to come by so DHHAMAAN it is

YEP----all good mate,had too much shizzle going on this last half year year to get on forums much,i only really bother with that old dog F /BOOK as a way of keeping some sort of contact with the cyber world---i will message ye me details if ye like.
getting the chop in a couple of months,once we have sorted the army out with the new TERRIER ----then its into the big wide world---dont know what am going to do but doesnt really worry me------i am taking up to writing books.

Nice to see you pop in as well chief has your rum run dry my friend???? Best to top up in case the weather gets hot and your throat gets dry too
Now I'm after some valued opinions.....I'm about to invest my biggest bet of the year £200 win on MONTIRIDGE 2.30 goodwood went close in the jersey stakes just getting caught by gale force ten the winning LTO in listed race quite comfortably imo cheers guys and GL if you follow ;)

GL kitch but my worry would be frankie extra 14lb IMO but hope he can somehow bring it in for you mate ;)
