O'Neill will provide some cover for the right wing position, and I'm assuming will be used primarily in the away games when we've got to be better defensively. If it's on a 1 year contract then it's a decent deal

Flyer in saying that, we are leaving no room for our youth players to progress. We have Harriman as a back up right back, Ehmer and arguably Magri as a back up centre back. Maybe only 1 full back will suffice and maybe only 1 centre back WHO HAS TO BE YOUNG. Agree we need another winger, though successful Championship sides tend to have 1 skillful winger and 1 hard working
