Hearts transfer embargo until January

I haven't read all this but it's on twitter that sevco have asked for clarification as to why Hearts only got a transfer ban and not a fine like rangers did

I hope someone tells them it's none of their ****ing business as it's a new club

 

Did either Old or New Rangers actually pay any of the fines they got?

 

apparently newco paid the fine, it was part of the five way agreement.

 

Is that like a reacharound?

 

No because only one person is being ****ed in that scenario. In the Huns no paying their taxes scenario the whole of Scotland was ****ed to the tune of approximately £110 million.

 

But they could have cleared that debt easily

I know. If what's happened to Rangers over the past couple of years had happened to Celtic we'd have been overwhelmed with the huns taking the piss (quite rightly). Christ, they even started threads on GC when Celtic lost 2-1 to Barcelona in the Champion's League
