Mark Hughes resigned as manager of Fulham yesterday, and this was what he said,
"As a young, ambitious manager I wish to move on to further my experiences," .
    Has any club tapped him.?
Mohamed Al Fayed called Huges a dirty rat, as you know, Al fayed will always speak
his mind good or bad. What happens next.?<party>

I reckon he probably has been tapped up. Although, Al Fayed should be glad he decided to leave at the beginning of the summer and not the end. There is a chance he'll go to Aston Villa.

Al Fayed is a douche. I reckon they'll go for O'Neil while Sparky will obviously go on to Villa

I would have resigned because of that statue, I think it's a true statement of how Al Fayed feels to the club and it's fans, this was backed up by his stupid comment about Fulham fans should go an support Chelsea if they didn't like it

Aston Villa have rejected him over the way he treated Fulham.
''Young and ambitious''.He forgot to mention like all ex Man United players that go into management...he's solid useless. No Rag has ever been successful as a manager and that is something that will never change.

I've been trying to think of a recent ex-player who has gone on to do well in management and i'm going to go for Laurent Blanc to counter your comment

He doesn't really count as he was something like 39 when he joined them.

Apparently its Mcleish or O'Neil for the Fulham Job.

John Terry has come out and said he either wants Hughes or Hiddink, i think Hughes would be a strange choice from Abram seems Hughes has never managed in the CL.

The last time Hughes managed a club with a bucketload of money,He paid £24 million for a defender that Everton paid £5 million for. He's going to replace Alex with Phil Jagielka if he does likewise at Chelsea.

Hughes to Cardiff anyone? He is Welsh and could be reunited with Craig Bellamy. <ok>

Good Call (I may put a pound on that).

I thought McLeish was as good as staying at Birmingham??

The owners of Birmingham said that he was staying but he had to get them back up in a season. Not much money to spend either. The owners don't like spending by the looks of it. <ok>

I always thought Carson Yeung seemed a pretty decent owner, nothing special but decent enough. On the back of this it seems as though I may have been a bit ignorant as I've just done a google search and found that he has had to mortgage property's to keep Birmingham afloat.

I hope they have a decent run in europe next season to keep the books straight

I can't see him dropping down a division to be honest.

Slightly changing the subject Big Sam in the championship it was only 6weeks ago on talksport he was saying he was a premier league manager and wouldnt drop down the divisions! make your mind up Sam!

Yeah, and I did read somewhere a couple of weeks ago that they sacked the head scout. Carson Yeung has put money into Birmingham but his money has gone on players like Hleb and Zigic who haven't performed. If they sell players like Foster, Dann and Ridgewell, they will gain quite a bit of money which they could put back into the squad to strengthen it for next season.

West Ham will be back, Big Sam knows he can get them promoted quite easily. I actually have a soft spot for Allerdyce and hope he does bring them back without it costing them too much <ok>

    Bozz.
Are you losing your marbles mate.
After what Allardyce did in 2009 when he went whining to his bum chum Baconface over Rafa gesturing to one of his ''own players''.
If he was so upset,Why didn't he mention it to Sammy Lee when they spoke at the end of the game?It was a pre-medidated attack on Rafa by both Allardyce and Ferguson both had it planned to pick on Rafa for no particular reason.
This is both spineless and gutless,I hope the fat bastard fails at every job he's at.

I have to agree with the opinion that he must have been tapped up.

Anyone think that we should exploit the situation and put in a cheeky bid for Hangeland?;)
