Wur gowing to have to show wur mettle, prove we've got the guts for it, mayke teams scared to come to the KC. Absolutely.
Wur howping, howping beyond howpe, to sneak in under the raydar and surprise a few. And all the rest of it.
Not really. I might be incorrect in this but the drugs we import are mainly cocaine, and heroin. Everything else is normally manufactured here with the exception of some cartel meth and weed or biker gang weed from canada. No need to set up a trafficking network for a drug that you can just create here. Even the cartels have moved a lot of their weed growing operations into cali mainly in the national parks.
But back to the Cairney conversation. I think it is a good move for both parties. He really wasnt going to feature enough for us to justify his wages. He is also still young and needs the playing time. I cant see him wanting to stay with us nor us offering him a new contract anyway.
Interesting that Cairney's loan is only till January, maybe clutching at straws here but to me this suggests that Parker may come in until January to help him get playing time while he overcomes his recent injury. Also i think Morgan Amalfitano will come in on loan
Being totally one footed, not very strong and not very fast didn't do Xavi much harm. If Cairney gets his head straight he can have really good career.
I have just sort of landed in this and I have to admit to being a bit surprised. But I think you have it right, ellewoods, the lad needs to play at some competitive level; I just hope he gets it. I'll certainly be watching his progress, as I sometimes saw something quite special; the big question, as always, is will he find it in himself to do it routinely? Some do and I hope he is one of them - a decent lad - good luck to him.
I think it has a lot more to do with Bruce seeing something but not seeing enough because of a lack of real playing time. The lad, IMO, will be very closely followed. Cairney has something, I'm sure!
Just out of interest TigerRoo how much have you seen of him, or are you basing this on the comments of certain other posters on here of that opinion?
The most one footed player we've ever had is playing in his testimonial a week tomorrow. Just saying like.
Totally agree. He did have a good free kick on him though. I don't ever recall him scoring a simple goal, they were mostly from outside the box or set pieces.
I think you could be right in that SB has someone lined up to come in on loan for the same period but as to who "TWT"! I also wonder if it suggests that SB hasn't written off TC completely yet and hopes, like some of us, that the glimpses of talent we've seen from him can blossom before it's too late? Presumably, the Evans deal is dependant on us getting someone else in on a permanent, such as Palacios, Cattermole, Livermore?
