Personally I don't think we will be in the relegation zone after the tables actually mean anything (ie after the first 8 games).
Good teams lose momentum too. I have faith that under Bruce, this team can keep on improving, but as soon as you change the manager you risk him wanting to change the team completely and suddenly you've got a totally different team and find yourselves on the way to League 1. Some of these comments concern me a bit. Such as people saying they'll be annoyed if he 'sticks with the 3-5-2 when it's not working'. Who's to judge that it's not working? We will lose a lot of games this season to better teams, and it won't be a formation that makes us lose so I really hope people aren't going to expect him to tinker with the team after every bad result and turn on him if he doesn't. That was one of the things PB did wrong. He changed the team too much when we lost games. For me to turn against Bruce he'd need to do some seriously stupid things.
This ^^^^^^^^^^^^. Plus even if we finish bottom we go down with £15m+ in prize money before the parachute payments. We would do a WBA return in 2014/15 imo.
