Suarez is on record from a series of Uruguayan radio interviews, saying that he wants Champions League football though, so I don't think you need to worry about him joining Spurs
Stop talking ****, ALL Spurs staff are under a club imposed media blackout. A club employee has confirmed this. So Sky can shove this bullshit conversation between the 2 and shove it as far up your arse as possible where it belongs. Hows cazorla and the hobbit doing?
A club imposed media blackout ? Have you got a link ? I would have thought it would have been better for the player to simply deny he wants to leave, rather than a gagging order. It would end the speculation, rather than fuel it to be honest.
a web link? no. but a "link" yes. a very reliable source. You'll have to just trust us on that one Piskie
I usually just read rather than post on this forum. But reading all this Bale speculation is driving me mental. I really want to see him in a Spurs shirt for many seasons to come and become a true Spurs legend. I only really have one thing to say and that is about selling him now as his value will go down next season? I really cannot see how this will happen, even if he has a poor season. We would have earned a small fortune from shirt sales and all the branding that goes with him. Coupled to that new spurs fans simply because of him all spending money on Spurs merchandise. Sell him now and take Real for every penny we can squeeze out of them, don't sell him and earn big time from merchandising. Either way we are in for a massive payday! And unfortunately however sentimental we all are, and no matter how much we love our club, football is only about the money for the fat cats at the top
Agree to a point, but I don't think anyone actually wants him to go, not even on the board, whatever money is involved. He'll leave only if Bale has given up on us.
And done absolutely bollock all with them. It's time you made way for a team that, if nothing else, gives the competition a go. I'm not saying that this is the year we complete the long-awaited North London Power-Shift - I never do, as you know, PESKIE - but I will remain quietly confident, nonetheless. With or without Bale.
And damage his contract negotiation? I can tell you've never done any serious business in your entire life, sunshine.
Sadly, I fear that is the case. However, we've got to be positive and believe that AVB can use the cash to rebuild a truly spectacular team. I doubt he will be taking his foot off the gas any time soon, so expect to see the fearsome sight of the might Spurs juggernaut roaring along the road, headlamps blazing, very soon.
